Your voice shapes Journi

Conversations with our users shape everything we build, from small details to entirely new ways to create.

We test ideas with you before they reach the app: trying things out, watching how they work in practice, and refining as we go.

That way, every update is grounded in how people actually use Journi, not just what we think might work.

If you've ever shared feedback with us, there's a good chance it shaped something you're using today. We're always looking for more voices to help guide what's next.

How can you take part?

It's entirely up to you. You decide if, when, and how you'd like to join.

We use a few different ways to get to know you, which are outlined below, and together, they help us understand what matters most to you.

You can join our research panel anytime. It just means you're open to being contacted from time to time for a short interview, a quick survey, or a chance to try something new first.

Your privacy matters to us, especially when you share your time and feedback.

Used for research only: What you share is only ever used to help us understand how to improve Journi.
Your choice, always: You decide if and when to participate, and you can opt out or withdraw at any time.
Handled with care: We follow data protection standards (including GDPR) to keep your information secure.

Disclaimer

If you agree to be contacted about research, such as surveys or studies, we'll use your e-mail address to invite you to take part.

Data exchange

We work with UserTesting and SurveyMonkey to run some of our research. This means parts of your data may be processed by them, including outside the EEA.

Withdrawing

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing research@journiapp.com. Once you do, we'll delete your data unless we're legally required to keep it for another purpose.
