How long is my status valid?

Your Journi Club status is valid for one full year from the day you unlock it. This gives you 12 months to enjoy every single premium perk available to your tier.

Where do I receive my tier benefits?

Your tier benefits are available to you in the Journi App and will be sent via email whenever you’ve reached Tier 2 or Tier 3. Make sure to opt in for email notifications, so you don’t miss a thing!

How do I maintain my status?

Maintaining your tier is simple and happens naturally as you celebrate your life’s moments! To keep your current benefits active, place one order within your status year.

How do I lose my status?

If your status year wraps up and you haven't placed an order during that year, you will return to Tier 1. Don’t worry–your account remains completely active, your saved drafts are safe, and you can begin climbing back up to premium perks immediately.

How do I regain my status?

Regaining your status is fast and easy! The moment you place an order, you will instantly be upgraded back to your previous status. Your brand-new tier perks will be waiting for you in your account right away.
