We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to help us take our team to the next level! As a Junior CRM Manager at Journi, you’ll be working within our CRM team as part of the wider marketing department to help create engaging B2C marketing campaigns for our 8+ million users worldwide. You will assist in campaign setup of complex flows focusing on emails, pushes, interstitials and more. Organise key processes like testing sessions, oversee translations to ensure smooth operations within the CRM team, help identify new audience segments, and set up A/B tests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help setup and schedule CRM campaigns across various channels, including email and push.

• Help draft clear and concise copy for campaigns that resonates with our diverse user base.

• Organise rigorous testing sessions for the CRM team to ensure all campaigns are flawless before they are sent.

• Manage our translation tool to ensure all campaign copy is accurately translated for our global audience.

• Serve as a key connection point between the CRM team and Customer Support, helping to address user issues and team alignment.

• Work closely within the CRM team, the graphic designers and the wider marketing team for key initiatives.

• Build new audience segments to identify growth areas to further our CRM efforts.

• Work with the CRM team to create & execute various tests to gain analytical insights (such as A/B tests).

• Stay up to date with email, digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.

YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

• 1+ year of experience in a CRM or a related marketing role

• Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, or similar)

• Fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a strong advantage as this is one of our key languages.

• An understanding of how to interpret data to improve campaigns, driving engagement and loyalty

• You are eligible to work in the EU/Austria.

• You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most liveable city!

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Experience in working in e-commerce

• Working knowledge of project management tools like Asana

• Working knowledge of performance tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Tableau)

• Working in a startup environment
