San Pedro de Atacama

28 September 2016

Arriving in San Pedro, Chile After a rough 3 days of bad food poisoning, I was feeling alive again. We were picked up at the border in a giant bus and taken straight to immigration. Chile has strict rules on organic and plant materials coming in, so everything was searched and scanned. Immigration is on the outskirts of San Pedro de Atacama and it really feels like you're in the middle of nowhere and in the desert. From there we walked in the hot and dry heat directly to our hostel, Hostel de los Toros.
