Prakruti's adventure in Australia

The twelve apostles
Port Campbell national park view
Day 2- So we went for the great ocean road. It's a pretty long journey. Started at 7am and got back around 6.30pm. It was so windy and cold and being the smart person I'm I wore a bloody dress. But survived anyway. So our first pit stop was at the Waurn ponds for breakfast. And the next one was at Peterborough which was super pretty but we were almost flown away there. Trust it was so windy that we all were literally teary eyed. But totally worth it. Absolutely stunning. So then we headed to Port Campbell for lunch break. There was a group of school picnic right there who also enjoyed our Indian lunch with us. Hehe And then we headed for our final stop at the Port Campbell national park to see the Twelve Apostles which is a very famous tourist place there. It was really pretty but cold so a tad difficult to actually stand there and enjoy the view. Clicked like a million pictures there and then headed back for the hotel. Reached the hotel around 6.30.
Breakfast stop. Always camera ready πŸ˜‹
I would like to add that the rented apartments by the river are also super. Next time will try that probably. So after dinner we decided to explore the city a bit. Since it was a Monday night it was a little dull. So the trams in the city are free. The blue line. So we took a tram number 96 and just hopped on and got a city tour. It was pretty. And dropped us right at the hotel. That's all we did on day one. Pretty cool stuff. Haha. Writing this in a bit of a hurry while on my way to the great ocean road. Will write about it later. xo
Day 1 - Melbourne So the moment I stepped a foot in this city I was blown away. It's perfect and spectacular. The weather is so pleasant. We started off with Indian lunch at this restaurant called gaylord. It was decent. But everything around, just amazing. After lunch we went to the eureka sky deck. Where you get a view of Melbourne city from the 88th floor. It was mind boggling. The beauty of the city from top is something else only. I would suggest one to go for it. After that we went to the parliament building which is pretty from outside. And then the stadium which was stupid because nothing could be seen from outside. Then we went to the hotel Crowne plaza which which has the best fucking view in the city. It's by the river where in you can see people kayaking. One of the best views I have had. After checking in we chilled for a while at the hotel and then met with some of our friends. Later headed for dinner which was prepared by our Indian maharaj. To be continues...
