Kamakura Japan
Lunch at the sushi rotation.
We started our day visiting the large Budda, which is about two stories tall.
Finished a buffet breakfast with many different foods such as Asian noodles, fruit, fries (?), and strange but good eggs.

Woke up at the hotel. After hours of flying and lack of sleep we are ready to begin our day well rested.

10 July 2017

I'm packed and ready to go. It's a long flight so let the adventure begin.

9 July 2017

Delayed. I spent some time this morning working on rearranging my flights. We actually had to lose a day since we couldn't make it to Dallas in time. This means out trip will be one day behind too. But we'll rest again today and be ready for tomorrow!

8 July 2017

Saturday before the flight. I'm getting ready by packing and getting some breakfast tacos to eat. Amy and I will need to be up early, around 4:30 (which is why I'm getting tacos) to be packed and out the door. We'll arrive at the McAllen airport around 6:30 to begin our travels. I plan on staying up late tonight and get very little sleep. My hopes is that I'll be extremely exhausted on the flight to Japan.... Hopefully.
