Yellowstone national park 29/5/17
Today was amazing. We had an included French toast & bacon at a restaurant called granny's then we headed on the bus to Yellowstone national park.
It is absolutely massive and we were told if we drove every road in it we would still only see 2 percent of the actual park. We firstly stopped at old faithful geyser to see it erupt (ended up just a bit of water in the air).
Then onto grand prismatic springs which was stunning. The sulphur pools are amazing with all their different colours. We stopped at a few other places & did some walks along the sulphur pools.
Then we stopped off at a big waterfall & finally a mud pool which stank badly. We took the two hour drive back to the hotel & went to a German restaurant for dinner. We had schnitzel & potato pancakes
