We spent a day looking around downtown Manhattan, Wall Street, bowling green and of course ground zero. We were lucky that we were in NYC on Sept 11th so we got to see people and the memories they have of that day.
FOOD PART 1!! We ate lots, this is just some of the eats in the US.
LION KING! When you are a Disney movie fanatic you gotta do this!!

We had to go to a baseball game. We watched the New York Mets play the Cincinnati Reds at Citi Field in Queens. Getting there was a bit of a drama but it was really cool to watch. We got a couple of hats and made the most of hot dogs, corn dogs and some beer.
So we made all the way to the US and we joined 12K others as they protested President Trump and his move to dissolve the “dream act”. This law allows children of immigrants that are born in US to have the working rights of citizens. We marched right in front of Trump Towers and chanted with US citizens.

Central Park. We scored a couple of bikes (from a dodgy Russian) and spent the day biking around NYCs green highlight in the middle of the city.
Our first night in the States and we decided to visit Times Square.
A Long 23 hour flight schedule, but we made it to New York.
