The children of the orphanage help to prepapre the corn for diner while Trasom takes us to the rice fields to eat a typical Khmer diner among his daughters and girls from the orphanage
Trasom took us to the market on the border of the tonle sap to pick what we wanted for diner and what the kids would eat for the week :)
We went to Kampong Chnnang where Trasom (last picture) invited us to stay at the Enfants d'Asie orphanage and showed us around his village. Our first visit was to the Palm sugar farm where we met with the owner of the farm (picture 3) and his family who taught us all about palm trees and the products he makes from them. He could not speak any english but thankfully Trasom was here to translate everything. They also taught us to write our names in Khmer
