Ghent, Belgium

Saint Bavo Cathedral. Again with a totally out of place skeleton of a whale/dinosaur displayed.
Lunch a Belgium beer and mussels, another local food recommended by many people. Taste good, but I think the Chinese way of seasoning is better.
Gravensteen, or the Castle of the Counts, is a moated castle in the heart of the city center. Built in the tenth century, the place is used for receptions and festivities. In the 14th century the place became the Court of Justice. Criminals were imprisoned, tortured and executed here.

Balls and Glory. This place changed my opinion about Belgium food. A hip restaurant with delicious food.
Saw this thing while walking on the street of Ghent. Good idea but looks bizarre.
