WOD #3. 30 reps of 75# shoulder to overhead. I didn't put it down! Then 3 T2B, 3 145# DL, 6 T2B, 6 DL...etc. the T2B ruined me. I lost them in the round of 6 at the 4th one. Disappointing but now I know...
End of the day, I had a blast! And I PR'd my 500m row at 1:48. 🏆
Festivus Games. First WOD...6 minutes to find 1RM clean. Previous PR 125# hit 135# easy. Attempted 140# 3 times. Almost had it once! So fun
