The landscape if Scotland is breathtaking. I love the moutains especially with a snow dusting. I don't love mist covering your view but it does add to the dramatic atmosphere of the Highlands. We were lucky enough to visit Old Man Storr, the Fariey pools and drive past and through many other moutains.
OYSTERS!!! Oysters are by far our favourite seafood and when we heard there was an Oyster farm on the Isle of Skye there was NO chance we weren't going for a visit. The Oyster Shed didn't let us down.
They are farmed in Loch Harport infront of the shop and shucked before your eyes. The only downside we found to this experience was our frost bite fingers eating oysters in 3 degrees in the scottish Highlands.
Highland coos were a must see! And when I did for the first time I made Ross stop the car in the middle of the road for a photo.
