Setting up a show today at Manchester Arena. There's nothing to say. Everywhere, there is the stench of malice that's been scrubbed but still lingers. There's nothing to say. Just move on.

There's something violent about being somewhere that inhabits you when you don't want to be there. Sunrise is the same.

I'm in my bunk. The air is cold and slow. My legs don't quite reach the veneered fibreboard bulk head that's between me and the empty lounge up front. Every one is downstairs having a time and I'm here reading and listening to music. The bus has stopped rocking so we must be still. The orange european street lamps look tired of being there. Like they were forced to stand up once by some great political movement, but now the enthusiasm has lost its breath. It feels nice in here. Just don't come in.

Still shaping up
Headed to Genk today to go do a production build. Basically gonna build the entire rig (that we can fit in the hall) and make sure it all works. Damien will arrive on Wednesday evening, look it over, and then Thursday/Friday we programme.

Leaving sucks. It's the worst bit. I hate it. But, it is the start I guess. I just prefer the middle and the end. I wish I could take my home with me. Stupid leaving.
