27 November 2016

Lazy....❤️

24 November 2016

Because we can't just lay in the sun doing nothing, we visited a school started by volunteers a few years ago. It is still an ongoing project but over 90 children already come to this school for 2 hours every afternoon. They learn mathematics, English and Khmer.

22 November 2016

Dear family and friends, Dino and I decided to take a little break from traveling around. We feel very tired (even if we're not working 🙈) and we think the time has come to relax a little bit. We will post new stuff in a few days...so no pictures and comments for the next week 😘

20 November 2016

Sorry to post pictures of lovely beaches while some of you are freezing but we made a promise to let you know that we're doing fine!😊💕

15 November 2016

Enjoying some quality time in the province of Kampot. We visited an ecological pepper farm (cambodian pepper is one of the world's most famous) so if some of you are pepper lovers just let us know ;) we are sending some packs home! We tried to visit local schools here but it's not that easy since most of the schools are English or French schools with western programs. But we are not loosing hope!

Kep is famous for its seafood and especially the tasty crab. The market is spectacular, with locals bargaining for fresh grilled fishes, squids, crabs, prawns and mantas. Unfortunately, these waters are also clearly overfished and polluted. We are fascinated but struggle with heartbreak every time we see somebody trowing plastic bags and bottles into the see.

13 November 2016

Cambodian people are celebrating the 3 day water festival. Since most of the sightseeing spots were closed, we spent the afternoon walking through the city and by the river where the locals gather to watch paddle boat races. And today, they even had two very strange travelers to stare at 🙄

We arrived in Phnom Penh yesterday. This city is surrounded by markets and shops where everyone tries to sell and bargain as hard as they can! "Cheap cheap come and see my friend!" 😂 As you can guess, it's not always cheap but we're getting used to the market people 😜 If you're able to lower the price to 70% than you're becoming a pro! We will be back in a couple of days hopefully with nice pictures and stories! 😘
