Olive oil Paprika Onion Cook 15 min Then courgette eggplant carrot parsnip/turnip Tomato and pumpkin at end 15 min Sprinkle water in couscous and mush around 5min Swirl olive oil Couscous in steamer 30 min Tip out, repeat cold water oil steam 30 min Repeat but 15 min Pinch ginger cumin pepper saffron salt in pot with veggies Sprinkle with stock and serve Tagine Onion Meat Olive oil Salt Parsley 20 mins on fire and stir Scatter spices Carrot potato courgette etc sprinkle salt 1:30
