The 31. of dec. ⏩
Early at the morning i had to drive to a ticketbooth five stations away to get this ticket back from the Copacabana.
5 minutes after opening i got there and got a ticket "ida y vuelta" and could even change the ticket payed the day before. 🎉
We got some food 🥘for the next days and got to the beach of Flamengo. 🌊
At 23:00 we took the metro to the Copa Copacobana with only money 💰 the key 🔑 for the apartment and white clothes --> thats the way brazils do. 💃🏽
It was an easy ride with a mass of white people. We buy a beer on the way to the beach 🌊 🍻 and it feels like a community when you are a part of all this people. 🚶🚶🏻🚶🏼🚶🏽🚶🏽♀️🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🚶🏿♀️
It was crazy and the people just celebrate themselves, go into the water and you feel safe as it's possible.
#wellorganized 👍#littlebitsadthatwegotsofrightend 🙄

A smooth açai ice cream with bananas 🍌 and granola on top, served in a bowl 🍚
#bananamarmelade 🍌 🍯
Not always a good one and selfmade 🤓
It tastes like nothing #justfatonthebread but in one hostel we got a blue moulded tasty 😋cheese 🧀
At the breakfast there is fruit like melons, papayas, apples, bananas, mangos 😋
There is a red sweet potato 🍠 and manioka of which we do Pommes 🍟
On the street there are people who sell pancakes made from tapiokaflour 🥞. And this dulce de leite is everywhere 🍯😋
There is a lot of fried food to buy 👨🍳
Our host was so great, nice and helpful with a room we really feel like home 🏡.
It was a little bit late but Carlos (the host) said we have to get the metro-tickets for new year to the Copacabana today or tomorrow or they will sold out. So driving hungry to a ticketbooth one metrostation away to mention that there are only one way tickets but no coming back from Copacabana.
Back at the apartment we go to a restaurant next to it and got a really nice buffet and feel like living in Flamengo.
The next day we drive to the busstation. With our "online ticket" received via email we go the terminal and got our printed tickets. The guys took my mobile phone 📱 and want to close the door for printing the ticket 😅 #thoughitworks 👌
Some beautiful views of a great landscape between Paraty and Rio 😍.
There are many buses 🚌 and it seems 🚌 like 🚌 they are driving a race 🏁 with each other.
Arriving at the big busterminal Novo Rio it rains ☔️ like hell ⛈ ⚡️ and after we got a ticket for the VLT (tram) the machine gets dark 😅⚡️.
Driving to the metro with this very slow tram 🚊and got with the metro right in front of out Airbnb stay. (He told us this way from Novo Rio 🙃)
This hostel called Canguru 🐿 was really nice in an oldschool house 🏡.
At the evening we went to the beach 🌊 right around the corner where everywhere was live music 🎶 and we take a Caipirinha and some batatas fritas by a Bob Marley looking and playing duo.
The next day we first book the bus to Rio 🚌 for the next day. Then we went to the historical center of Paraty which is beautiful, but half of a day for this is enough 😃🙊
After cooking some stuff and take a drink at the bar we got to watch Netflix and relax at the evening. 📽🎞😃
Bad internet in Trindade means hostel booking was impossible. 📴 So one try to book breaks down while booking and another one wasn't possible because we have to stay three nights there, not two.
Driving back to Paraty não temos una casa.
But the plan just driving to those hostels we tried to book (they were at the same street) and ask for two nights. #itworks ☮️🙃
