I walked through the orchards and saw more fruit growing on the trees like jackfruit. Then I went to a coconut farm and watched how they cut the coconuts, grind them, mix them with chocolate/peanuts/durian and then packaged them to sell. They were very tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹ Love Baby Trip x
Today I travelled to Ho Chi Minh City and went along the Mekong Delta river ๐ŸŒŠ I saw lots of coconut trees and houses along the river bank. I also visited a honey bee farm, drank some honey tea and held a snake with Miss Smith ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ I saw lots of children sleeping in hammocks, it looked really relaxing. Some people were playing a game called Xiangqi, it's a Chinese chess game. Love Baby Trip x

I learnt how to make traditional fresh spring rolls! You start with rice paper and wet it with water, lay your vegetables first then add the meat and shrimp. By laying the shrimp upside down, you can see the bright colours on the outside. Then roll it and dip it in the peanut sauce ๐Ÿ˜„ yummy!!! Love Baby Trip x

The Vietnamese people burn it to celebrate birth, marriage or to mourn the death of a relative. They also burn incense when they pray. Today I arrived in Hue. I went on a dragon boat ๐Ÿฒride down the river and visited several pagodas, temples and kings palaces. Lots of people in Vietnam practice Buddhism. They also believe in karma, if you are nice, something nice will happen to you. They like to put ponds in front of their houses to warn off bad spirits. They pray to different Gods, every building has a shrine where they put gifts of food and burn incense for them. Most shrines have pictures of family members who have died, they believe they will be reborn and keep their pictures close. Love Baby Trip x
