March in Barcelona❤

20 March 2017

The Tibidabo park is just F-A-B-O-U-L-O-S! I had read about it in Carlos Ruiz Zafon's books and had seen it in the movie 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona'. Even though the whole park opens just in summer, some attraction (the older ones) are always opened. You can also visit the Tibidabo cathedral-or better, the cathedralS: yes, there are two cathedrals, one build on the other. You can also have a wonderful view of the whole city. Enjoy!
The Sagrada Familia. I've always thought that it was just an ugly church..and in fact, it's outside doesn't quite excite me...but the inside..well, it's wonderful and breathtaking. Better with an audio guide.

Montjuïc castle. The castle where hundreds of people were tortured to death during the Spanish civil war. Wonderful view of the city.
La Barceloneta, where you can eat some fresh seafood or just sunbathing.
Parc Güell. Is it really necessary to add something?

18 March 2017

Font magíca de Montjuïc. This fountain offers a wonderful show of music and lights, but it's open in Friday and Saturday nights only.
Barcelona's underground seems even better than London's!
