Next stop of the day, the coffee plantation! We learned all about how they harvest coffee beans in Costa Rica and the jobs it creates. Not to mention, we got to taste test and bought some delicious coffee! (Picture features our amazing tour guide Patricia!)
First stop of the day, Volcan Paos! It's an active volcano and one of the largest craters in the world. What a view! You could only spend 20 minutes at the top because of the sulfate it produces and it's not good to breathe it in!
We arrived late last night and were the last group to arrive! The others include students from Texas, Georgia and Utah. We made it through customs quick and found out your guide, Patricia, right away. We arrived at Hotel Autentico around 9:45 pm and got our rooms. We headed to bed quickly because we had to be ready for a full day at 7:15 am the next day!
