Run like a Diva Half Marathon. Rocked it!!
Welcome to St. Augustine! With its own welcoming committee.
The Castillo de San Marcos is the oldest masonry fort in the continental United States. Located on the western shore of Matanzas Bay in the city of St. Augustine, Florida, the fort was designed by the Spanish engineer Ignacio Daza.
It's $10.00 to get in; we didn't go in.

Cranberry and absolute; eazy peazy. When you are determined to use all four hours up on the freaking parking $6.00 meter. Just saying.
Picture four, our car is across the street.
Lungs: gone (everyone smokes here)
Cranberry Vodka: doesn't matter now. We're broke
Time spent with my over worked husband: priceless.
Next time , we share. I could only eat half. Pete (my husband), is still working on devouring the entire thing. Eeeeek.
The burrito was full of fresh cut veggies (squash, avocado, peppers, etc.). I took out the onions, but my husband kept them in.
Update, he couldn't finish it. One third survived.
Our first day in St. Augustine. Walking around in historical St. Augustine, It's very touristy. Not living it. However, Casa Maya is a delicious authentic place to relax. Note: if you order the mule, ask for the non-smiley one. That was like drinking hickory.
