Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. As a Senior Product Designer you will join our cross-functional Editors squad to design experiences that delight our users and have a measurable impact on business results. Team up with Product, Engineering, Design, and others as you shape our editor experience towards a joyful and effortless creation of print products. You will also become a crucial part of our growing Experience Design & Customer Insights team.
➤ WHAT YOU’LL DO
Measurably improve satisfaction, adoption, and efficiency as the responsible designer for our editor, tools, and more
Collaborate with business, technical, marketing, and UX roles to understand user and business needs and translate them into effective, appealing solutions
Design and prototype at all levels of fidelity - for iOS, Android, and Web - balancing rapid experimentation with in-depth exploration of complex user journeys
Carry out qualitative user research efforts such as moderated interviews or unmoderated usability tests
Lead or actively participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops to foster a user-centered design process and solve customer problems
Contribute to our design system while honoring our brand guidelines
➤ YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
You have 5+ years of experience in designing native mobile apps and responsive websites, demonstrated through a portfolio of metrics-driven and exploratory projects within agile, cross-functional teams
You bring a wide range of UX skills and proven expertise in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Prototyping, and User Research
You have solid competence in Information Architecture and Service Design, with mastery in this area considered a plus
You understand what it takes to balance qualitative and quantitative methods to measurably improve consumer-facing experiences end-to-end in fast-paced, iterative environments
You have excellent English skills to present design work, facilitate workshops, and articulate design decisions
You seek feedback out actively from users, colleagues, and leaders, celebrate successes, and share your learnings openly, so others can benefit from your experiences
You understand that the team stands above every individual and that the best way to improve a team is to lead by example
You are permitted to work in Austria
You are able to relocate to / based in Vienna - the world’s most livable city!
➤ NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED!)
German proficiency for moderating research sessions with our DACH userbase
Design experience with consumer-facing editing or creation tools
Familiarity with Analytics software to understand real user behavior
