    Does this sound like you? Then read on! We’re looking for a Support Hero to join our team at Journi as a Junior Customer Support Specialist, focusing on our French customers! 


    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Work full-time (38.5 hours/week) and learn from a passionate, motivated, and international team

    • Be the first point of contact for our customers, mainly in French language

    • Manage communication with customers across various support channels (Zendesk, Chat, Review Platforms, Social Media) and user interfaces in multiple languages

    • Develop new support templates, filters, and shortcuts to continuously improve support

    • Represent the voice of our customers by sharing issues and challenges with the product team

    • Support customer acquisition, surveys, and beta testing groups

    • Contribute to reporting, analyze and present data and results

    • Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams

    • Meet monthly goals to achieve both your personal and company-wide objectives

    • Give and receive constructive feedback and foster a culture of continuous improvement

    • Help document processes to effectively share knowledge within the team

    • Be creative and always find new ways to help and delight our users


    YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

    • You speak French (native or C2 level) and English (C1 level)

    • You have a playful and empathetic writing style

    • You place a strong emphasis on correct grammar and spelling

    • You are patient, service-oriented, and genuinely want to solve problems

    • You're a strong communicator and comfortable presenting or speaking in front of groups

    • You're known for your creativity and unconventional approach to solving challenges

    • You’re curious about the “why” behind customer behavior

    • You work efficiently, prioritize your workload, and meet critical project deadlines

    • You are constantly learning, seek feedback, are self-motivated, and hungry for success

    • You are an EU citizen or have a valid work permit for Austria

    • You’re willing to relocate to Vienna or already live in this highly livable city
