At Journi, a creative tech company, we’re building the #1 most downloaded printing app in the world that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print.
We're looking for a Head of Customer Care to lead our team to new heights in delivering exceptional customer service.
➤WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
minimum of 7 years of experience in customer care
minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
you managed at least 1 team of 5-8 people, ideally managed 2 teams with team leads
➤WHAT YOU'LL DO
report to C-Level
setup and get reports from the two teams/team leads
do the strategic planning, ongoing goal setting and OKR planning with the management team
make sure that the two teams communicate and work well and learn from each other
do 1:1s, 360°s, performance reviews, contribution scoring, salary talks, define salaries, do skip-level 1:1s
do market research on trends, salaries, tools, etc.
exchange with support leads from other companies and learn from each other
suggest and develop goals for support to become more efficient, keep 24-hour response time, have less cases / active creators because of preventive measures, automation measures, education measures, or customers helping customers, etc.
check how to automate support more (AI) and give goals and suggestions on how to do that, lead projects if needed
enable and empower the teams to work more efficiently, reach their team goals and that the teams work within a goal response time of no longer than 24h
familiar with the main KPIs relevant for support; ready to introduce
be there for the team and be present, be the calm anchor in the wild storms
define clear reporting and transparent communication about goals for the teams

➤WHAT WE OFFER

A fair annual gross salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement, starting from a minimum €60,000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications amongst other factors.
